These Terms and Conditions explain the rules governing MotoVest's vehicle ownership programs, applications, and support services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MotoVest, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must provide valid identification, a valid driver's license, and any additional information required for verification and eligibility assessment.
3. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for maintaining their vehicles, complying with traffic laws, operating responsibly, and providing accurate information throughout the application and ownership process.
4. Vehicle Ownership & Payments
Ownership of the vehicle is transferred only after the required 40%–50% down payment and successful completion of the agreed weekly payment plan.
5. Late Payments
Late or missed payments may affect your ownership plan. MotoVest encourages early communication and will work with drivers to explore available options before any further action is taken.
6. Suspension or Termination
MotoVest reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services where misuse, fraud, or violations are detected.
7. Limitation of Liability
MotoVest shall not be liable for losses arising from misuse, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Force Majeure
MotoVest shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
